HOME BUYERS


  1. Property shortlist emails are sent to clients as suitable properties are found
  2. If happy with the property and wish to proceed, Terms & Conditions will be shared with clients for review and signature
  3. Once the Terms & Conditions have been signed & returned, an invoice for the commitment fee/deposit will be issued to the client (This is £1,250 - 50% of the overall sourcing fee)
    • Please note that the commitment fee will be held in an insured client account until completion of a property purchase
  4. Once the fee is paid by the client, the property is now reserved solely for the client. Full details about the property will be shared and I will help you proceed with engaging an efficient conveyancing team.
  5. At completion the balance of the sourcing fee is payable by the client (£1,250)
